Vegapuls 64 radar sensor
Keeping in line with the changing industry requirements, the firm introduces high quality solutions on a regular basis. For instance, the Vegapuls 64 radar sensor is the first radar level sensor for liquids that operates at a frequency of 80 GHz. This sensor proves beneficial for the process industry as it requires extremely robust and accurate instrumentation. It can also deliver reliable measurements in vessels with internal installations such as heating coils and agitators.
Vegapuls 69 radar sensor
The Vegapuls 69 is another radar sensor that can be used for continuous level measurement of bulk solids. Apt for industrial processes, the sensor is capable of delivering reliable measuring results for diverse types of bulk materials such as granulates, mineral slurries or suspensions containing solids. The 80-GHz radar sensor also provides accurate measurement in case of poorly reflecting media, dust or false echoes from installations in the silo. With a maintenance-free operation through the non-contact measuring principle, the radar sensor ensures that users benefit for its installation.
Plicscom display and adjustment module
In addition to this, Vega’s innovative Plicscom display and adjustment module is now available with an optional Bluetooth feature. The module has to be positioned on the sensor for measured value indication, adjustment and diagnostics. With the assistance of the new Bluetooth feature, any transmitter can be adjusted wirelessly; this is useful for measuring instruments that are located on top of high silos or in inaccessible venues.
Vegadif 85 pressure transmitter
Lastly, the Vegadif 85 is an universal differential pressure transmitter for measurement of liquids, gases and vapours. The core plus point of this transmitter is that it is capable of measuring differential and static pressure simultaneously with just one instrument. Housed in a compact single-chamber case, the transmitter is designed for economic efficiency and installation with low space requirements. It is also qualified and approved according to SIL2 (SIL3) for manufacturing processes that depend on certified components, simple operation and permanently transparent processes.
