Headquartered in Germany, Cloos is known for providing a range of innovative solutions such as welding technology, robot mechanics, controllers , positioners, software as well as sensors . With such expertise in the field, the company is all set to participate at the popular sheet metal working technology exhibition – Euroblech in Hannover, Germany. Cloos also has plans to dedicate its exhibition booth towards the latest industry trends i.e. connectivity and digitalisation and it’s in line with this theme that the firm will exhibit its unique solutions that ensure greater efficiency and product quality.

Cloos’ new gateway

Euroblech 2018 will also mark the debut of the company’s new product gateway. This specialised solution is capable of centrally recording as well as processing the data. Through this feature, the gateway aims at assisting operators to manage their data according to their requirements. The solution is also equipped with a user-specific display of information which provides a detailed visualisation, evaluation and further treatment of the collected data.

The gateway has also been incorporated with hardware as well as various software modules. Amongst the modules, the firm plans to exhibit the ‘System Efficiency’ module at the trade fair. With this module, users can illustrate the performance and the efficiency of their robot systems, localise shortages and increase the efficiency.

In addition to this, numerous new software solutions such as the QIROX Operating System (QOS), QIROX Technology Interface (QTI) and the QIROX QWP operating software will also be displayed. The new solutions are more user-friendly; possess an intuitive operation, a considerable reduction of the programming times and a very dynamic movement of robots for efficient welding. Some of the other interesting software that will be showcased includes the QINEO Data Manager, Process Data Monitoring and RoboPlan.

Live demonstrations at Euroblech

To offer a better understanding of the technologies on display, the company will also be hosting live demonstrations for trade fair visitors. For instance, during live-demonstrations of manual welding, visitors will be able to witness the wide model range of the Cloos welding power sources from entry to premium. One of the product highlights includes the new QINEO NexT hightech inverter welding power source which assists operators to achieve the highest quality of welding. The modular design allows many applications from the basic welding machine for manual welding to the multiprocess welding machine for automated robot welding.

Apart from all these solutions, Cloos will also display many other new welding processes which boost quality and enable one to achieve maximum productivity. A fresh process family for automated MIG/MAG welding – MoTion Weld will also be presented.

Catch all these innovations and more at Cloos’ booth (E 49) in Hall 13. See you at Euroblech!
