Salvagnini showcased its P2lean adaptive compact panel bender at Blechexpo which offers universal bending tools for automatic bending and handling cycles. In addition to this, the firm also displayed the B3 press brakes which can be used for lit production as well as batch-one production and the L5 fiber laser which is a new trajectory planner offering competitive operating costs.

Headquartered in Italy, Salvagnini produces machines for processing thin sheet metal. The well-known company had participated at Blechexpo 2019 to showcase some of its latest innovations including the P2lean adaptive compact panel bender, the B3.AU-TO press brake and the L5 fiber laser.

P2lean adaptive compact panel bender

The 3rd generation technology – P2lean adaptive compact panel bender ensures precision and superior quality of the finished product. It offers universal bending tools for automatic bending and handling cycles. Capable of delivering an average of 17 bends per minute and bending up to 203 mm in height as well as 2180 mm in length without re-tooling, the panel bender is equipped with an automatic ABA blankholder. The solution’s direct drive as well as pneumatic and electric drives ensures that productivity is not compromised. In fact, the panel bender runs with 22 l of long-life oil inside a fully sealed circuit.
