In today’s age, robotics and automation are trending across different branches of the manufacturing industry. Innovative new processes now allow humans and machines to collaborate and work together to create high quality products. This new connectivity is taking Industry 4.0 to the next level. Against this background Hannover Messe 2018 has chosen ‘Integrated Industry – Connect & Collaborate’ as its main theme. Being one of the world’s largest trade fairs for industrial technology, the show will take place from April 23–27, 2018 at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds in Hanover, Germany. The event is also expected to attract 5,000 exhibitors, over 220,000 visitors and more than 150 speakers.
Robotics, automation & vision application park
In line with the theme of the show, more than 60 robotics companies, systems integrators and providers of gripper technology will be showcasing their Smart Factory solutions at the robotics, automation and vision application park in hall 17. This also includes the biggies of the sector such as ABB, Epson, Kawasaki, Kuka, Mitsubishi, Schunk, Stäubli, Universal Robots, Franka Emika, Yaskawa and many more. Companies such as Asentics, MVTech and Hannover Messe first-timer Q.Vitec will also exhibit at the hall.
