Hannover Messe 2019 Low-wear compressed air technology reciprocating compressors

Renner presents in Hannover numerous new products from its portfolio: included in the selection are two stationary reciprocating compressors.

The new stationary reciprocating compressors in Renner’s Riko series, with 4 and 5.5 kW, are very robust, quiet and low-wear due to the low rotating speeds, the maker says. Among other attractions is its suitability for noise-sensitive areas. “With a number of options, such as an add-on refrigeration dryer or automatic condensate drainage, this series also provides the right solution for several further areas of application,” the firm’s information states.

Compressor with extended compressed air reservoir

The Riko reciprocating compressor with 4.0 kW is now also available with an air reservoir of 90 l. Depending on requirements, users can convert the unit into a stationary installation easily and quickly by replacing the wheels with the rubber-bonded metal parts supplied. It comes with a fast safety coupling and features generously sized inter- and after-coolers.

Long-lasting galvanised pressure vessel

All devices in the Riko series have as standard a Condor pressure switch with operating time counter and a long-lasting galvanised pressure vessel manufactured to the AD3000 guideline.
