Event highlight Kistler’s live demonstrations
At this year’s Motek exhibition, the Kistler Group will be introducing its most recent solutions and also host live demonstrations to make industry players aware of how electromechanical systems can implement precise control of joining processes with maximum resource efficiency.
The Switzerland-based Group, Kistler is known for its dynamic measurement technology for measuring pressure, force, torque and acceleration. With sales revenue of 486 million dollars in 2018, the company has attracted customers from across the globe and is keen to exhibit its solutions at every industry platform inorder to grow its business. Hence, it is not suprising that the firm will be participating at one of the most popular shows for the automation industry, Motek 2019 in Germany.
Kistler at Motek 2019
At its booth, the company will showcase how electromechanical systems can implement precise control of joining processes with maximum resource efficiency. For this purpose, Kistler will hold live demos of three joining modules – NCFT, NCFN and NCFR. Spring testing, interlocking and blocking force are three applications that will be demonstrated as examples at the trade fair in order to display how electromechanical systems function. The session will also share the advantages of this system for the benefit of industry players attending the demo.
MaXYmos 1.7 with OPC UA Capability
Apart from the live session, the company will also display process monitoring systems in the maXYmos NC series as well as the maXYmos TL series. To drive the digitalisation of production ahead, both the series are now updated with the new 1.7 software version and are available with OPC UA capability. Apart from these features, the company has also introduced many new ones including the displacement sensor (internal or external) which can be switched over at any time for measurement or evaluation, the new home button for enhanced user comfort, and precise positioning in jogging mode (maXYmos NC). In addition to this, history curves can also be downloaded from the maXYmos system via an offline tool and users can also perform brake tests directly on maXYmos NC via the GUI.
The portable inspection system, INSPECTpro will also be exhibited at the exhibition. INSPECTpro is an efficient control and quality assurance system which can be used with a wide range of sensors and is also capable of developing a customised inspection system by adding optional software modules. The portable inspection system can be used effectively for data management, networking and analysis.
All this and many more interesting innovations such as the dICA (digital Industrial Charge Amplifier) and cerTEST, the mobile testing system can be witnessed at the Stuttgart-based event. Do visit the show to catch all the live action!
