One does not see the dormant potential from over the rooftops of Teheran. Money could be a problem; the one which the Iranians do not possess and also the cumbersome financial transactions: As long as German banks are (still) not acknowledging Letter of Credits (LEC), payments must be redirected across third countries in the Arabian world.
