Moulding-Expo 2017 counts 250 registered exhibitors to date. At a recently held get-together with exhibitors and partner associations organiser Messe Stuttgart listened to their ideas and plans.
According to Messe Stuttgart, organiser of Moulding-Expo 2017, the preparations for the next event have been gathering momentum. "Our team is training hard for the next Moulding Expo," said Messe Stuttgart President Ulrich Kromer von Baerle at the exhibitors' breakfast, at which over 60 exhibitors, as well as representatives from partner associations, gathered in Stuttgart.
In order to set the course for 2017, an intensive exchange of information and ideas took place within the framework of the exhibitors' breakfast. Kromer: "It is important for us to get together on a regular basis and listen to the wishes and ideas our exhibitors have for their Moulding-Expo."
In recent months the Moulding-Expo team as been attending numerous international industry events to expand its network. This should stand to benefit the event in 2017. "We are impressed with the reception and encouragement we are receiving, as well as the identification of the industry with Moulding Expo," explains Team Director Florian Niethammer. "Thanks to the support from our partners a loyal community has now developed, which helps us in establishing the project as a leading event for the high-performing tool, pattern and mould making sector in Europe."
Among the already 250 registered exhibitors are some companies who were here as visitors in 2015 and were convinced of the quality of the event that they decided to take part as an exhibitor this time round. Moulding Expo 2017 will once again focus on the high-quality products and services of the tool, pattern and mould makers. "The exhibitors include companies from all over Europe, as well as representatives, for example, from the tool manufacturer clusters in South Africa or Canada," Niethammer says.
Messe Stuttgart is the organiser of Moulding Expo, and is supported by the German Association of Pattern and Mould Making (MF), the German Engineering Federation (VDMA), the German Association of Tool and Mould Manufacturers (VDWF), the German Machine Tool Builders' Association (VDW) and the International Special Tooling & Machining Association ISTMA.
