The distribution partner of Universal Robots supplies answers to the challenges in the sector, such as increasing variant diversity and constantly more flexible batch sizes, from one-offs to series production. The accessories for the applications are furthermore largely produced by the online ecosystem Universal Robots+, which stands for especially fast and cost-effective automation.

The products presented by Müller include a Bachmann Feedmaster equipped with a UR5 Roboter as well as a 2-finger gripper and camera system from Robotiq which allows the application to recognise differently shaped parts and equipment. Likewise on show is a Bachmann Basic Feeder with a pallet storage system as well as a UR10 with a pneumatic river from the firm PHD. The demonstration applications for loading and unloading CNC machines are distinguished by their modular construction: mounted on a traversable platform, they can be moved as a multi-machine concept within a production system and put into service with different machines. What fully-automated mobility looks like is also shown by Müller Maschinentechnik, using as an example a MiR200 from Mobile Industrial Robots on which a UR3 with an Onrobot RG2 gripper and a force/momentum sensor from the manufacturer Optoforce is mounted.
