What’s new at Fanuc?

The company has launched quite a few products in the recent months for enhancing productivity and efficiency on the shop floor. For instance, to achieve a faster cycle time, Fanuc launched the M-20iB/35S robot, an addition to the existing M-20iB series of industrial robots. With a weight of 205 kg, the new robot offers a stunning strength-to-weight ratio and comes equipped with a lightweight upper arm and inline wrist.

Capable of lifting 35 kg, the compact robot proves to be beneficial for various high-payload machine tending and loading applications in a small area. As per the requirements of the customer, it can also be installed on the floor or even mounted on the ceiling. The M-20iB/35S meets the IP67 standard and also compliments various intelligent functions like the proprietary iRVision system by Fanuc for enhanced flexibility.
