Hannover Messe 2019 CRM for installation and machine construction: Flexible platform
Editor: Theresa Knell
On show for the first time in the Digital Factory is the software maker Adito, with a CRM platform for sales and marketing.
With this sector-specific solution, installation and machine constructors can visualise both typical and individual solutions.

Adito’s CRM platform is specially tailored to the needs of machine and installation construction. The software can be extended flexibly and is being demonstrated at the VDMA joint booth in Hall 7. Adito CEO Tobias Mirwald points out that his team has at least 12 years of experience in machine and installation construction.
For complex products usually requiring explanations, the sales process can often take a long time. With Adito Opportunity Management, firms gather all information on one opportunity centrally, evaluate it objectively and visualise it clearly. Contract durations and maintenance contracts, maintenance intervals and dates are always visible to firms on this central platform.
The integrated transport and route planning optimises service assignments, we are told. The system displays not only the routine visits to the customer, but also all visits within a certain radius. With skill-dependent resource planning, the customer can always be sure of speaking to the right discussion partner.
Thanks to the platform technology, it is also possible to realise processes which go far beyond pure CRM functions, such as continuous machine management.
