Among other things, the special segment of painting robots is supported from Regensburg-site. In total, FANUC Deutschland GmbH employs around 350 people in Regensburg, Wuppertal, Wolfsburg and at its headquarters in Neuhausen - most of them are engineers and service technicians.
FANUC is known for its reliable CNC controls, robots and machines. FANUC has installed more than 550,000 industrial robots, four million CNC controls and 20 million servo motors worldwide. The world's largest manufacturer of automation technology, based in Japan, relies on fast delivery times and outstanding service. Among other things, FANUC offers a spare parts guarantee of at least 25 years. To keep this promise, the company maintains many warehouses and repair services worldwide. In Neuhausen, for example, the company operates a large warehouse and a repair center. Additionally, many products will be presented in a newly designed showroom. The FANUC Academy in Neuhausen - together with the integrated guesthouse - offers customers the opportunity to keep abreast of the latest developments in robot know-how, programming CNC controls or handling lathes, milling machines, wire EDM machines and injection molding machines. Every year, several thousand participants use the opportunity for further education on FANUC products.
The proximity to the customer is also reflected in the establishment of a European development center at the Neuhausen site. Projects from all product areas are implemented in part together with customers, universities and developers from the parent company. This includes applications with collaborative robots or development projects around the topic Industry 4.0
