Product update Chiron Group is all set to launch its latest innovations
The new FZ 16 S five axis with VariocellPallet pallet automation, the Chiron DZ 25 P fixe axis and the Stama MT 733 one plus are some of the solutions that will be revealed for the first time at EMO 2019 by the Chiron Group.
The Germany-based company Chiron Group is known for developing CNC vertical milling and turning machining centers as well as turnkey manufacturing solutions. Proprietor of three brands Chiron, Stama and Scherer, the firm has made its presence felt across the globe and caters to many industrial segments such as automotive, mechanical engineering, medicine and precision engineering, and aerospace industries. This year, like many other machining companies, the Chiron Group will also be exhibiting various innovative solutions at the mother of all industrial shows – EMO Hannover 2019.
What’s new at EMO?
To attract industry players to its booth at the trade fair, the firm has plans to display machining centers from Chiron, Stama and Scherer; new automation solutions and an extended software programme.
The new FZ 16 S five axis with VariocellPallet pallet automation
The company will combine the new FZ 16 S five axis with the VariocellPallet pallet automation for the first time. Machining small batch sizes and complex workpieces autonomously is made possible with the new automation solution. In addition to this, it will also showcase the new DZ 16 W five axis and host a live demonstration of the solution so that industry visitors are better informed of its numerous advantages.
Launch of Chiron DZ 25 P fixe axis
EMO 2019 will also witness the launch of the Chiron DZ 25 P fixe axis. The solution has been designed to ensure that users are able to achieve a combination of productivity, precision and flexibility. Capable of machining large components for the automotive and aviation industry, the machine is compact in size and does not occupy a large amount of space on the shop floor. With a spindle distance of 800 millimeters, the DZ 25 P fixe axis is predestined for double-spindle machining of aluminum structural components. It is operated and loaded on separate sides, which allows ideal access to the work area and a good insight into the process.
Stama MT 733 one plus at EMO 2019
Stama offers complete machining with the MT 7 and MT 8 systems' milling and turning machines. The Stama MT 733 series is a new machining center that can easily machine complex components and materials. The series is capable of carrying out 6-side milling and turning in a single set-up. At EMO Hannover, the company will be launching an upgrade of this series in the form of the MT 733 one plus. This new machine has a gantry design and allows the machining process to gain a significant amount of stability on a thermal, mechanical and static level.
Apart from these solutions, the company will be showcasing many more interesting solutions for the global manufacturing industry.
