Aerotech Peissenberg relies on CAD and CAM systems from Open Mind
It is necessary to deburr the edges of what are called the ‘loading slots’ on this engine disc. This manufacturing process, called the Mechanical Edge Process (MEP), is very precise and was only made possible by 5axis machining with hyperMILL.
