Compact Wiegand sensors from Posital, which fit on a fingertip, are designed to guarantee "energy harvesting" in narrow spaces. Via a specially treated wire made of Vicalloy, they use magnetic pulses from rotary movements to generate voltage or energy completely independently. The 7 V and 190 nJ generated this way are enough to constantly activate modern rotation counters and the associated electronics - without batteries and maintenance-free. In hall 5, booth 320.
